STEP INTO SATELLITE’S SECRET GARDEN

Oh, look! We planned your wedding already. Here’s what’s up for grabs, for you and 40 guests:

Venue: A full buyout at Remnant Satellite in Cambridge (877 Cambridge Street) from 5pm-9pm, including your ceremony in Satellite’s beautiful garden patio space.
Ceremony: Custom ceremony + Justice of the Peace services by Dearly Studio.
Food: A cocktail-style reception featuring elevated bar food, with hearty passed apps and a snacky grazing station. Plus, enjoy a Petsi Pies pie bar for dessert.
Drinks: An open bar for the duration of your event featuring beer, wine, and cocktails.
Flowers / Styling / Signage: Florals by Althea Floral Design with styling by Dearly Studio (peep the mood board below!)
DJ: Allegra will be here to set the mood and bring the party.
Planning services: Dearly Studio and Remnant are here to guide you every step of the way – truly, all you have to do is plan your invites and show up. Doesn’t that sound excellent?

* Photography/videography is NOT included in this package. Full day wedding coverage is a really personal choice, and everyone’s style is different. That said, we have great relationships with photographers and can assist in checking availability and helping you find the right fit.

While we plan to try this again someday, this wedding design will exist only once – it also will work off the themes here, not replicate them entirely. There is one 10K wedding available to book for your choice of the following dates:

We take part in lots of tiny weddings! That means we know exactly what elements can make or break your guests’ experience, where to splurge, and where to save. Plus, our very talented wedding vendor friends have made themselves available for smaller orders because they’re absolute sweethearts (lookin’ at you, Julian!)
We picked these dates intentionally

We’ll be honest – the city is a little dead in our little pockets of Camberville during 4th of July weekend. That meant our friends at Satellite were able to make an exception and cut us a pretty sweet deal on venue hire! This is as much a creative exercise as anything for us – i.e., this is fun and we’re all offering y’all discounts to reflect that.
Your vendors are wearing multiple "hats"

Jusmine from Dearly Studio and Celina from Remnant have each spent years working in events. In this case that means we’re confident we can deliver an exceptional wedding where your officiant is also your planner, your venue contact is also your day-of coordinator, and everyone’s a floral assistant for the day.

F.A.Q

Your initial deposit ($2500 +tax) is due alongside a signed agreement with Dearly Studio and Remnant Satellite to secure your spot (it’s a teensy bit repetitive, but that’s how collabs go!)
From there, we suggest breaking it up evenly across three additional $2500 payments – although we can absolutely work together to come up with a payment plan that works well for you. Payment is due in full three weeks prior to your wedding date (the week of June 8th).
Your garden ceremony maxes at 40 guests. That said, you’re welcome to add additional guests to your reception! Let us know what you have in mind and the Satellite team can quote you.
While your menu is set for you, dietary requirements will be navigated collaboratively on a case by case basis.
Yes! All children, with the exception of babies/toddlers on laps, count towards your total guest count numbers.
Only registered service animals are allowed inside per city law.
You’ll find 2-hour metered street parking on Cambridge st, which is free after 6pm. There’s also free neighborhood parking on Sundays.

There is a lot about a block away at Boynton Yards, but you should call to see their policies on specific days.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior are eligible for a 90% refund.
Cancellations made between 14 - 30 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 14 days out are not eligible for a refund.

Extra party guests

The ceremony is capped at 40 guests, but you’re welcome to add more guests to your reception for an additional charge. Satellite can hold up to 110 guests!
Extra flowers

Your floral package includes your personal florals as well as thoughtful ceremony and reception pieces. If you’d like “wedding party” florals for any special guests, this would incur additional costs.
Altered Catering

If you’d prefer a seated meal for 40 guests instead, this can be arranged directly through Satellite for additional costs.
