Hello, loves! We’re Dearly Studio.

We’re a small wedding business that leads with our values – and we’ll only partner with those who do the same. That means we…

  • value and celebrate all couples, inclusive of every gender identity, orientation, race, body size, immigration status – you name it.

  • work in ways that prioritize community care over billionaire bullshit.

  • are committed to creating an inclusive and safe space for all our marriers.

  • thoroughly vet all preferred vendors.

Your ceremony isn’t an afterthought, it’s the marriage part of your wedding day.

There’s a false dichotomy in the wedding industry: your wedding can be lavish, expensive, and personal to you or you can skip off to the courthouse for a no-frills, barebones elopement.

We know there’s another option, and now so do you. Whether your package is for 30 minutes or 2 hours, your Dearly Studio experience offers so much more than a rushed courthouse appointment. The magic is in the details and we’re honored you’re considering us to help celebrate your love.

Meet Jusmine (she/her)

Hi! I’m Jusmine (it’s pronounced Jussmen, you got this!) and in a lot of ways this is a one-person show. I’m both Dearly’s founder and the resident Justice of the Peace. When you email, I’m on the other end. When you read your ceremony, I’m the one who wrote it. On the day of your wedding I’m often the one cutting your cake and signing your paperwork.

This business feels very personal to me in many of the same ways I want your wedding to feel personal to you.

YOU’LL NOTICE I SAY ā€œWEā€ A LOT.

Sure, it’s partly a solopreneur marketing ploy (oldest in the book), but it’s largely because my husband, Blair, is also here! You’ll sometimes catch him pouring Champagne or opening up the space for viewings. This business only exists because he said ā€œyou have to do itā€ and really meant it. He’s the most supportive partner in existence, and his inclusion on this page as well as this entire paragraph is likely embarrassing to him.

Details + Influences

Dearly Studio is a little disco, a little vintage, and a lot of fun. It’s a natural culmination of my years of hospitality, marketing, and events experience. I’ve also drawn, both consciously and unconsciously, from our own love story and our years living in Melbourne, Australia.

I remember getting engaged and feeling like there was a certain way you had to do things. It was stifling. At the time, we were saving for our relocation to the US, all the immigration paperwork that went with it, and a second celebration near my hometown in New Hampshire. We ended up getting married at our favorite bar – on a Monday and on a budget. We embraced some trends and bucked some others, and enjoyed a day that truly felt like us. I created Dearly because I want the same for you.
