INCLUDE LOVED ONES
Stephanie and Tyler included their three children in their vow renewal ceremony, for example. Others have invited friends and family to officiate or to select and share a reading. After all, what is a vow renewal if not an opportunity to celebrate all the ways your love and your life has grown?
RECREATE SOMETHING FROM YOUR ORIGINAL WEDDING
Incorporating an old tradition is a great way to honor your original nuptials. When Shelby and Tim celebrated their 20th anniversary, they included two very sweet details. Shelby’s bouquet included one pink rose, a nod to their high school prom days. And, as with their first wedding, they ended their ceremony with the smashing of the glass. Whether it’s a cultural tradition, a family photo recreated, or even an inside joke, these little details make such a difference in how your experience the day.

Hopefully we’re all telling those we love how much we love them, like, all the time. But how often do we get to really wax lyrical about our beloved?
